SA built satellite ready to orbit.

South Africa is set to launch a nano-satellite in March from the International Space Station.

The nSight1 which was designed by SCS Aerospace Group will be launched as part of a European Commission research together with 40 other satellites from other countries.

The satellites which weighs 2.5 kg aims to collect data over a period of 18 months in order to understand the earth's atmospheric better and to manage earth’s resources better.
