CT mayor vows to remove Zuma effigy on Signal Hill.

The mayor of Cape Town has undertaken to remove a naked effigy of President Jacob Zuma from Signal Hill by Tuesday at the latest, her office said.

“The statue was erected without due process being followed and is therefore illegal,” said Pierrinne Leukes, the spokesperson for mayor Patricia de Lille.
