An open letter to Buhari!

I want to use this medium to congratulate Ex-Military General Buhari, on his belated victory as the new democratic President of our 5th Federal Republic of Nigeria.

You have done what nobody as ever done before in Nigeria and that is CHANGE.

My acronym of CHANGE is below:

C:Caring for.

H:Human.

A:Anxiety and.

N:Needs through.

G:God's.

E: Enrichment.

I have a page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/MTCEv) that preaches about changing people and the world we live in.

Since the beginning of your political manifesto I have shown interest in you as a carrier of CHANGE. I know what change means to our country as we want a new country far away from insurgency, economic melt-down, racial or ethnic violence, regional violence, religion violence, corruption, insecurity and so on.

In the same vein, I pray that the good Lord that we serve continues to lead us right in Nigeria under your political-leadership and as you resume office as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; things will continue to go well politically, economically, security-wise and our motherland will continue to witness positive change like yours.

I believe the people of Nigeria trusted you and they have voted you. I pray that the Lord will surround you with positive subordinates like our Vice-President (Professor Oluyemi Oluleke Osinbajo). The race of New Nigeria has started with you and I believe God will make you reach the finish line of success.

I have a request to make here, I have been residing in South Africa for about 9 years and twice I have missed voting. Can you please help Nigerians abroad by giving us an opportunity to vote from our High Commissions or Embassies overseas by providing a platform to exercise our civic right?

Since APC stands for change then I believe Nigerians abroad shall one day start to vote from overseas.

Enjoy your tenure in office Sir because you're the CHANGE Nigerians voted in!
